Licensing Fee $5000

Carrier & Aircraft Charges
Per Carrier Setup-Fee $500
Per Carrier Aircraft Type Fee $1650

Data Conversion
Additional charges to apply for data conversion assistance, if needed.
Client data must be checked for integrity prior to being imported into ARS system. Data will be evaluated by MTI Business Solutions and a determination will be made of whether or not data is ready for entry or if client must take steps to prepare data for migration. MTI Business Solutions will provide client with instructions regarding necessary steps. If client wishes MTI Business Solutions assistance with data clean-up, this will be billed at $150 per hour.

Maintenance Fee
$3000 annually (included first year)
• Application version upgrades
• FAA mandated changes
• Changes to existing queries
• Restoration from last full backup
• Tech Support, 8 am – 6 pm central standard time
• Access to e-ticket tech support system

Customization Fees
• $150 per hour; estimates provided based on client request.
• One-hour minimum; will estimate price for client based on needs.
• Any fee-based work requires pre-approval from client.
